Launch Exit Factor in the UAE
Family businesses are the backbone of the UAE’s private sector, and a generation of founders are starting to plan what comes next. Many have built remarkable companies but have no formal succession plan, and the UAE’s family business law is putting governance and continuity firmly on the agenda.
As Exit Factor’s Master License Partner in the UAE, you will build a network of advisors who help owners increase profit, strengthen governance, document their operations and prepare for succession, sale or the next stage of growth.
The master License Model
A Proven Business Model That Works in the UAE
- Flagship Guidance: You open and run a flagship Exit Factor office using our proven programs, coaching tools and operating playbooks, training the advisors and franchise owners who follow.
- Flexible Opportunities: Every owner in the UAE, from a founder-led trading company to a second-generation family group, eventually faces a transition. Exit Factor’s model works across industries because the questions are universal: what is my business worth, how do I make it worth more, and how do I make it run without me?
A Proven 5-Step Process for Every Client
- Value. Establish what the business is worth today and set valuation goals.
- Optimize. Improve profit and performance with benchmarking and a dashboard to track progress.
- Record. Document the team, procedures and strategy so the business can run without its owner.
- Transform. Build growth, sales and marketing strategies that increase value.
- Exit. Advise on the right path, positioning and team for a successful exit.
Support at Each Step
- Market entry planning: We work with you to review your market and identify the best location for your flagship office.

The Exit Planning Opportunity in the UAE
Family businesses drive the economy
Nearly 90% of private-sector companies in the UAE are family-owned, and family businesses contribute around 60% of national GDP, according to the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism (reported by Arabian Business).
Nearly half of entrepreneurs have no succession plan
48% of UAE entrepreneurs have not set up a plan for transferring their business or wealth, according to HSBC’s 2025 Global Entrepreneurial Wealth Report (reported by AGBI).
A legal framework that rewards preparation
Federal Decree-Law No. 37 of 2022 on Family Businesses gives family companies a framework for governance and succession. Owners now need practical help putting that framework to work, which is where Exit Factor advisors come in.
